Eliza A Behymer’s Will
I Eliza A Behymer of the county of Clermont and State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament.
Item 1st It is my will that my Just debts and all charges be paid out of my estate.
Item 2nd I give and devise to my beloved husband Samuel J Behymer all the residue of my estate (both Real and personal) during his natural life.
Item 3rd At the death of my said Husband I give devise and bequeath to my Daughter Harriet C. Keller fifty Dollars to be paid out of my estate.
Item 4th I give devise and bequeath to my son Benjamin Behymer fifty Dollars to be paid out of my estate.
Item 5th I give devise and bequeath to my son Thomas J Behymer one Dollar to be paid out of my estate.
Item 6th I give devise and bequeath to my son Walter Behymer one Dollar to be paid out of my estate.
Item 7th I give and devise all the residue of my estate to my Daughter Lora Behymer to be to her her heirs and assigns forever.
Item 8th I devise that no appraisement and no sale of my personal property be made and that the Court of probate direct the mission of the same in pursuance of the Statute and that my Executrix herein named be not required to give bond.
Item 9th I do hereby nominate and appoint my Daughter Lora Behymer Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand this day of Dec 25th in the year 1890.

Probate of the Last Will of Eliza A. Behymer deceased presented on the 8th day of December A. D. 1891.
Personally appeared in open Court Burzelius Behymer one of the subscribing witnesses of the Last Will and Testament of Eliza A. Behymer deceased who being duly sworn according to law to speak the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth in relation to the execution of said will deposes and says that he was well acquainted with decedent and that he was present at the making of said will and at the request of the deceased subscribed to said will as a witness thereto in the presence of the deceased and of Leonard Guild the other subscribing witness: that he saw the said Eliza Behymer deceased sign and seal said will and heard her acknowledge the same to be her Last Will and Testament: that the said Eliza A. Behymer was at the time of making signing and sealing said will of legal age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and under no undue or unlawful restraint whatever and that said testator is now dead.
