Solomon Behymer’s Will

 

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Solomon BHymer of the County of Clermont and State of Ohio being of sound mind and memiory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit:

1st: It is my will that all my just debts be fully paid.

2nd: It is my will that Mary BHymer who keeps house for me, have all my property both real and personal during her natural life.

3rd: It is my will that at the decease of said Mary Bhymer that all my property that is left un expended by her both real and personal be equally divided between all my children their heirs and assigns forever.

Lastly I appoint my friend Thomas Sheldon Executor of this my last will and testament hereby annulling all former wills by me made and hereby ratifying and confirming this as my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of September AD, 1850

We Thomas Sheldon and Franklin Whiting being duly sworn and affirmed in open Court this 2nd day of January AD 1858 depose and say that we were present at the Execution of the Last will and Testament of Solomon Bhymer hereunto annexed that we saw the said Testator subscribe said will and heard him publish and declare the same to be his last will and testament and that the said Testator at the time of Executing the same was of full age and of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint and that we signed the same as witnesses at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other.
