In the name of God amen I William Robb of the County of Clermont and State of Ohio considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and bublish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say First that all my estate real and personal shall be sold as soon as convenient after my decease and the money and profits arising from the sale thereof divided as hereinafter provided. First I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Robb one cow and calf one bed bed stead and beding and one spinning wheale which property I wish her to have to make her equal with my Children hereinafter named which are marryed and have received in advance and also two hundred and fifty dollars in money which my desire is that she shall have for her services which she has rendered me and my family since she has been over Eighteen years of age.

I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Judah Robb one bed bedsted and beding and one spinning wheale and thirty dollars in money which I wish her to have to make her equal with my children who are marryed and have received in advance.

And I do hereby will and order that all the money that shall come into the hands of my Executors from the sale of my estate real and personal and all money that may be on hand at the time of my decease shall be equally divided to each of my Children here in after named except what is herein otherwise devised namely my sons Peter Robb William Robb George Robb John Robb and James T. Robb and my daughters Elizabeth Nash late Elizabeth Robb Lucy Gray late Lucy Robb Mary Arthur late Mary Robb Nancy Crosley late Nancy Robb Sarah Robb and Judah Robb.

And whereas my daughter Fanny B. Hymer late Fanny Robb has departed this life and has left four Children Namely Wilson T. Bhymer Elizabeth Armacost late Elizabeth Bhymer Sarah Bhymer and Glovina Bhymer.

Now my will and desire is that my daughter Fanny Bhymers Children above named shall have one equal part with my Children above named to be equally divided to each of them.

And I do further will and order that my daughter Judah Robbs share of my estate shall be held in the hands of my Executors herein after named and by them expended for the use and support of the said Judah and her son Jasper, and my Executors is hereby required to see that the said Jasper is Schooled and supported untill he arrives to the age of fourteen years and the costs accruing from said schooling and support to be paid out of the said Judah's part of my estate and If the said Judah should depart this life then in that case my will and desire is that her son Jasper shall receive her part of my estate.

And I do hereby appoint my sons Peter Robb and William

Robb the sole Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred and thirty nine. Signed sealed published and delivered by the above named William Robb to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

State of Ohio Clermont County, James Wood & Joshua Durham subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of William Robb deceased being duly sworn according to law swear and say that the Testator signed the said instrument as his last will and testament in their presence that at the time of the execution thereof he was of sound & disposing mind & memory over twenty one years of age and under no restraint whatever and that the undersigned did sign said will as subscribing witnesses thereto in the presence of said testator and at his request.
