Pie
I made my first pie crust today. I have made quite a few pies before, but I have always used a store bought crust, or had mom make one for me. I tried making a crust once before, but botched it up so bad I do not consider that an attempt at a pie crust, it never became a pie. So my first official crust is the one I made today. The crust will eventually hold a pecan pie, I have yet to make the filling (I don’t have any eggs), but when it is done I will post some photos, hopefully the pie and crust will both turn out and we’ll have a good dessert. Too bad I can’t post a piece of pie for everyone to try. It might be a few years before technology will allow that.
Problems in the Garden
Here is my biggest problem in the garden:

I think the cause is caterpillars. They have eaten most of the stem tops and the corn was not well pollinated, at least that is my theory. Any Thoughts?
